MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

The Membership Committee is responsible for issuing membership cards for the Lodge, record keeping and statistical analysis of data in support of other committees. All dues, fees and activity payments are handled by the Council Office The committee tracks Lodge event attendance, Unit Election, Candidate, Ordeal, Brotherhood and Vigil processing based on information supplied from those committees. The committee can also track attendance at NOAC, Conclave, NLS and LLD based on committee input.

The Lodge “dues year” corresponds to a calendar year of January 1 through December 31 and requires that an individual be registered with the Hawk Mountain Council, BSA.
