Kittatinny Lodge 5 – Order of the Arrow

 

The Founder's Award was created to honor and recognize those Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to the lodge.  The award is reserved for an Arrowman who demonstrates to his fellow Arrowmen that he memorializes in his everyday life the spirit of achievement as described by founder E. Urner Goodman.  Use this form to nominate any Arrowman you feel is worthy of consideration for the award.  Nominations can be submitted by any active lodge member.  Please be as specific as possible when recommending an Arrowman.  The more complete the information, the better consideration can be given.  The Founder's Award Committee will only give consideration to Arrowmen nominated using this procedure.  This form is to be submitted no later than February 15.
